At the beginning of 2023 the J Wilson team completed a high-end renovation of an old stone building in the Rutland village of Edith Weston. The residents had recently relocated from Wales after inheriting the property and wanted to create a home that had all the luxuries of modern day living. They were over the moon with the service they received and even went on to recommend J Wilson to their daughter.

“We had a full gas central heating system including a new boiler, new radiators, and three new bathrooms – basically the property was completely gutted and replaced.

The service has been outstanding. Right from the beginning when they came to scope the project. The professionalism of the individuals who’ve worked for us has been brilliant.

The thing about this company is that they have specialists in each area so you always get a person who understands the specific task required. That’s so important when you’re undertaking a project of this size. Even the wonderful ladies on reception were great. You ring up with an issue or query and they know how to allocate the right person for the job.

The aftercare has been excellent. Once everything was installed we had detailed training sessions on how to use the heating system. Someone actually came round and took the time to show us in person.

I would highly recommend J Wilson Plumbing and Heating. So much so, that my daughter has used them. She used them for some basic maintenance jobs and was equally impressed with the service and efficiency of the team.”
